Efteling Loonsche Land Reception
The Loonsche Land Reception is inside the main Loonsche Land Hotel building.
When you enter the Reception building to your right you will see the Proeftuyn restaurant. |

Your digital tickets and digital key card are sent to you via email and through the app 8 days before your arrival date so no check in is required.
They will also appear in your Efteling Account.
The digital key also opens the parking barriers.
You can go directly to your accommodation after 16:00.
If your home is ready sooner you will receive a text message to the mobile number you provided when making your reservation.
On the day of departure, please vacate your accommodation no later than 10.30 am.
If you have requested a physical key card you don't need to hand in your key card upon departure you may keep it as a souvenir.
As such you don't need to come to reception to check out either.
Reception is open from 7.00 am to 10:30 pm. A night service is available outside opening hours.

- Order freshly baked goods at reception which will be delivered to your house/room in the morning

- Make reservations for the Efteling Theatre
- Book a tour of the Pluktuyn edible garden. (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays in August, September & October 17:00 - 18:00)
- Rent a bicycle
- Store your suitcases
- Inquire about the SunShuttle pick up times
- Collect your Souvenir Express items
- Borrow a Nature pack for the kids to play with
- Pick up a Stone trail guide
- Pick up a park map
- Pick up a pizza delivery menu
- Measure your height to see if you are tall enough for the rough rides.
