Efteling Bosrijk Reception
When you enter the Reception building to your left you will see the Eethuys Restaurant and to your right the Kleyn Waerenhuys souvenir and food shop.
Your digital tickets and digital key card are sent to you via email and through the app 8 days before your arrival date so no check in is required. They will also appear in your Efteling Account. The digital key also opens the parking barriers. You can go directly to your accommodation after 16:00. If your home is ready sooner you will receive a text message to the mobile number you provided when making your reservation. On the day of departure, please vacate your accommedation no later than 10.30 am. You don't need to hand in your key card upon departure you may keep it as a souvenir. As such you don't need to come to reception to check out either.

You can come to Reception for any questions you may have.
Here you can make reservations for restaurants and book a theater showing. You can also leave your luggage with the reception staff. At Reception you can order a bicycle for hire. To rent a bicycle you must make a reservation the day before you require it pre 18:00. The Bicycles will be dropped off at Reception by 10:00 am the next day. No bicycles can be delivered or collected on Sundays or Mondays. A standard bicycle is € 10,00 a day. If you want to add a child seat it's an extra € 5 a day and there is a € 50,00 deposit that you get back. (Prices as of August 2019) You can also borrow a wheelchair (€ 50.00 deposit) You can also rent an extra high-chair or (baby's) bed (highchair € 5,00 per night, extra (baby's) bed €10,00 per night) The baby beds do not come with a mattress. You can borrow a baby bed mattress from reception for a € 20,00 deposit You can also use the designated phone or self-ordering kiosk to order a pizza directly to your accommodation. In your accommodation there should be a storybook in the language you selected as your preference in your Efteling Account. If this is in the wrong language you can exchange it at Reception. You can also ask to look after Yoo-hoo the owl for the duration of your stay.
Yoo-Hoo has a few preferences - He would like to stay home to look after your accomedation while you're in the Efteling - You don't have to feed him - He doesn't like to get in the shower - He enjoys playing games with you and listening to your stories about the Efteling - He likes to sleep in his own bed as it's very cosy and warm - He would like to return to Reception at the end of his stay and they may give you something for looking after him so well. After you've returned him you can write your experiences in the special diary so that Yoo-Hoo will never forget your time together. |
