Max & Moritz
![]() The Bob has made way for a new roller coaster which is set to open on 20/06/2020.
The new roller coaster will be a Mack Rides, double powered roller coaster suitable for children between 4 and 10 years (must be at least 1 meter tall) The Swiss theme will be maintained and the attraction's theme will be inspired by the German story of Max & Moritz Max & Moritz are two mischievous boys who live in an idyllic German town and like to play pranks on their fellow townsfolk. They hate school and like to scribble on doors, walls and windows. Their mother Frau Schmetterling who makes Cuckoo clocks for a living, regularly locks the kids in her workshop to keep them out of trouble. The enterprising youths always find a way to escape the workshop however and merrily go about their business. According to interviews you will join the boys in the workshop and escape along with them. The roller coaster cars will be designed to look like soap box racing cars made of bits and pieces and cuckoo clock parts. The cars will play cheerful music during the ride to add to the experience. You can choose to join either Max or Moritzes team. |

Queue gameOutside the new Max & Moritz rollercoaster the old sleepy Gijs bin has been given extra theming and its own interactive phone game
In the game you must try to catch as many beetles as you can in under a minute. Whoever catches the most beetles of your group gets to play a trick on Uncle Gijs. You will get to swipe the bag of beetles into Gijs's mouth. Uncle will be pleased at first to have received the bag but that will soon change once he notices the beetles. He will laugh at first and then start coughing. You can play against members of your own group or members of other groups. You may win real prizes. If you try to take a selfie while you play Max & Moritz may choose to photobomb the picture. |
