Choosing
If you are a couple or a couple with 2 children or a couple with 2 children and 1 baby you will likely be trying to compare the three hotels.
The below is personal opinion mixed with facts on the differences between the accomedations which might help you choose.
Now which one you will like better depends on what your preference.
All Efteling accomedations include full access to the Efteling park and early access for the day you check in, the day you check out and every day in between.
Note that anyone can enter the park 1 hour before the park officially opens and have access to the Pardoes Promenade, Fabula Savannebar, De Gebrande Boon and the gift shop at the entrance but only people who stay at Efteling accomedation get access to some rides half an hour before the park officially opens. To reach these rides guests of Loonsche Land and Bosrijk must take a special route around the Aquanura pond.
The Efteling hotel is pretty much a hotel like any other with some standard type rooms that have a few quirky details and a bunch of very expensive themed suites.
Bosrijk has woodland surroundings while Loonsche Land is more sandy.
Loonsche Land is usually cheapest.
Loonsche Land stuff tends to be more minimalist and modern while Bosrijk is more homey.
the Efteling hotel rooms give you tea and coffee making facilities which the Loonsche Land hotel rooms don't but the Loonsche Land 'themed rooms' do.
You'll find that the Bosrijk rooms supply you with a mini fridge to use as you like, as well as coffee and tea making facilities while in the Efteling hotel you might get a minibar fridge that may or may not be stocked with things you have to pay for.
No minifridge in the standard Loonsche Land Hotel rooms. But there is one in the Loonsche Land 'themed rooms'.
The ground floor of the Landhuys (secluded family rooms) in Bosrijk also has microwaves for guests to use.
Similarly there is a microwave at Loonsche Land restaurant guests can use.
Loonsche Land and Bosrijk have a pizza delivery service.
The Efteling hotel has its own room service system.
The breakfast buffet at Bosrijk, Loonsche Land & the Efteling hotel is included when you book the rooms and offer pretty similar things.
At the Bosrijk one and the Efteling hotel some of the Efteling characters will come and visit but they don't always come to the Loonsche Land one.
The Efteling hotel rooms have a desk, and the cheapest Loonsche Land one has something akin to one too. The Bosrijk rooms don't have one only a console table and a coffee table.
The 6 bed Loonsche Land room has a pic nic table in the room but most of the Bosrijk family rooms don't have a table.
A handful of the bigger Poorthuys rooms have one but you don't get to choose so it's pot luck.

At the Landhuys however all the Luxury rooms do have a table but the Luxury rooms are more expensive. These rooms also have a Jaccuzzi and a sauna plus there is a bottle of bubbly waiting for you when you arrive and you have the use of some slippers and bathrobes. The other rooms don't tend to have these things.
In the 2,4 and 5 person Efteling hotel rooms and the Loonsche Land 5 person Hotel rooms there is only one bedroom and you all sleep in it.
However the 6 bed Loonsche Land room has a separate bedroom with a double bed. While the kids bunk beds and another twin bed are in the main room.
For the Bosrijk family rooms you have the opposite configuration. There are bunk beds and a cot in a seperate room while the grown ups tend to sleep in the double bed in the main room. This means that once the kids go to bed in their room you can stay up to watch TV.
In the Bosrijk Luxury rooms sometimes the grown ups also get a room seperate to the main room.

But not always.

Also beware that at Loonsche Land the rooms are often seperated by heavy curtains instead of doors.
At Bosrijk every accomodation has a bath while the Loonsche Land accomodations only have showers. The standard rooms at the Efteling Hotel also only have showes. The suites often do have a bath.
The Efteling hotel has an indoor play room for kids, the Bosrijk restaurant and the Loonsche Land restaurant have a small indoor play area but both have a few instances of outdoor play equipments outside dotted around the grounds.
The standard Efteling hotel rooms and the Bosrijk rooms have a little themed board game in the room.
Loonsche Land does not but the restaurant does have a few classic games like chess, Ludo (mens erger je niet) and Uno you can play there.
Loonsche Land has a little animal pen bit with a few goats, sheep and chickens.
You can also ask for a nature explore box at reception.
Mr Sandman comes and tells stories at Bosrijk and sometimes the Efteling Hotel.
Bosrijk has a Sandman app game you can play within the grounds.
If you stay at the Efteling hotel or Bosrijk you get access to Bosrijk's pool. If you stay at Loonsche Land you do not.
At Loonsche Land you may be able to get a guided tour of their little garden.
And there's also a little nature trail with animal shaped markers to find.
Distance wise technically the Efteling hotel is closest to the park because it has its own entrance.
(Though it does mean entering through the hellscape that is Kleuterhof as your first experience of the park)
However if you're wanting to see Aquanura at the end of the day or CARO you actually end up a lot further from your accommodation than you would be if you were staying at Loonsche Land or Bosrijk.
Technically Loonsche Land is a bit further than Bosrijk but the difference is minor depending on wherabouts you're staying on the grounds.
There will also a new hotel to choose from in 2024 The Efteling Grand Hotel this one will be right next to the park entrance
Check out the pictures on the Efteling website and some of the videos you can find on line and you'll be able to decide for yourself what you like best.
If you require self catering facilities both Bosrijk and Loonsche Land have holiday homes
I believe they all have an induction hob, combination microwave oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher.
But at Loonsche Land you have to make your own bed with the bed linen provided while at Bosrijk the beds are made up for you before you arrive.
And again Loonsche Land often use curtains instead of doors. Loonsche Land have showers while Bosrijk have over bath showers and in some accommedations seperate showers as well as the bath.
Being self catering neither accommodation supplies toiletries. (Unless you're staying in one of the Luxury Houses).
Breakfast is not included with any of the self catering holiday houses.
You can tag on a 'Shopping Standard Package' or a 'Shopping Deluxe Package' to your accommodation stay in the extras to get you started if you like the look of the contents.
Or you can order freshly baked breakfast items from Bosrijk's shop or browse and pick them up yourself.
There are also a few supermarkets in the village.
Albert Heijn, Lidl, several Jumbo's and an Aldi.
All accommodations come with 30 min early access to some rides.
All accomodations have luggage storage facilities at reception.
Though you can also stow your luggage at the Efteling Park's cloakroom if more convenient.

Comparison Matrix
I have also tried to put together an overview of the ameneties available at the various accomedations for comparison.
