While the little shop at Bosrijk is handy for some top ups you may want to get your big initial shop from one of the local supermarkets.
While it is possible to have things delivered, it is best to go in person as the drivers cannot enter the Bosrijk grounds so you would have to meet them somewhere like the car park and carry the items back yourself. Food is delivered in crates not bags and as you cannot store and return the crates you would need to bring your own bags and transfer the shopping to the bags there and then. If you're walking, ask reception what time the outer gates to the park will be locked that day (possibly after 21:00) and make sure you get back before they are locked as the detour involves walking along roadsides which could be dangerous.

Jumbo is located inside shopping arcade Hoofdpoort.
In this shopping arcade you can also find an Action shop (similar to Home Bargains or B&M in the UK) which can be handy if you need a cheap replacement power cable or some other electronic item. There's also a Hema which sells clothing and home wares.
It can be handy if your luggage was lost or kids clothes have been ruined or if you forgot your swimsuit.
You can also find a Kruidvat here (similar to Boots or Superdrug).
