In the lively lobby, you will feel welcomed.
There is no need to check in as eight days before arrival, you will receive an email to activate your digital key. This digital key is linked to the free Efteling app. In the Efteling app, you will find your digital key as well as your entrance tickets for the Efteling Park. Upon arrival, you can use the digital key on your phone to open your hotel room (from 3:00 PM onwards). |

On the day of arrival or departure, you can safely leave your luggage in the storage area.
Porters or a member of staff at the reception in the lobby will be happy to assist you with receiving and temporarily storing your luggage.
Lockers are available in this area for valuables.
On the day of departure, you must vacate your hotel room before 11:00 AM.
You can continue to use all the facilities of the Efteling Grand Hotel and the Efteling Park throughout the day.
The reception staff in the lobby is at your service 24 hours a day. You can visit them for:
- Wheelchair rental
- Extra baby cot (at an additional charge)
- Borrowing board games for young and old
