Additionally, Café Biscuit is the place for the signature Grand Hotel cookie Pom Doortje, an already iconic treat made from a secret recipe. Café Biscuit can be accessed both from the lobby and from outside at the takeaway counter for guests. |

The unique Pom Doortje cookies are made fresh daily and are crisp on the outside but soft and gooey on the inside as they are filled with a mixture of apple, white chocolate and a special spice blend.
Eating one is said to leave you feeling like you've just had the best slice of apple tart you've ever had.
The cookie is a whopping 9.5cm in diameter and weighs 120g.
